What is curling mean?

Curling is a sport which involves sliding stones on ice towards a target area. The target area is divided into four circles, and the goal of the game is to slide the stones closer to the center of the circles than the opposing team.

The game is played with two teams of four players each, and each player slides two stones per end. The player who delivers the stone is known as the "thrower", and the two other teammates using brooms to sweep the ice and help guide the stone towards its target.

The game of curling originated in Scotland in the 16th century and is now an Olympic sport with international competitions held regularly. It requires physical strength, technical skill, and strategic thinking.
